Seeking part-time web producer to manage all aspects of managed web seminar service, including scheduling, project management, client communications, training, and reporting. Responsibilities include live event moderation, presenter support, and audience communications. Responsible for maintaining and updating written process and procedures and related client communications and presentations. Experience using a web conferencing service like WebEx, GoToWebinar, or Adobe Connect a plus. A pleasant disposition and sense-of-humor required! If you are a self-starter, detail-oriented, organized, possess good written and verbal communication skills, work well under pressure, and are comfortable managing multiple projects than we want to talk to you. Key responsibilities include audio and video production in a PC-based editing environment. Project work includes extensive audio capture and editing, video screencast production, short-form web video and video podcast production, live interview video capture and production, and PowerPoint-based presentation development. Opportunity for the right candidate to participate in live webcast production. Prefer experience using one or more of the following: Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Flash, Microsoft PowerPoint, Sony SoundForge, Sony Vegas, and TechSmith Camtasia. HTML and Flash skills desired. Experience encoding and producing video for YouTube a plus. This is an opportunity to get real-world experience and use the video production and storytelling skills you are learning in an entrepreneurial environment.
