Leverage our expertise for a worry-free broadcast.
Whether you need a single-camera and slide webcast for a dozen viewers, or a multiple camera HD broadcast for thousands, Coreography has an experienced team to deliver it. We make it easy for you to webcast your next event.
Delivering live events requires a focus on reliability. Broadcast-quality software and equipment is more expensive, but it generally is built to higher-standards, designed and tested to operate without problems in mission-critical environments. Broadcast-quality solutions deployed in a redundant architecture give you confidence that your event will be as trouble-free as possible.
We deliver high-quality audio and video.
We see many webcasts on the Internet that are pixelated and fuzzy. This can be caused by improper encoder set-up, under-powered encoders, poor camera selection and mismatched cables and connectors. We select equipment based on its performance and impact on the quality of your production.
Production processes matter too. For example, many webcast service providers will give you a copy of the live webcast generated direct from the live encoder or archived live on the streaming server. We can do this too, but we prefer to create a new archive from a source file. Why? First, if you encounter any service or connection issues, those will exist in your archive. Second, by re-encoding the source file we can create a better archive recording using dual-pass encoding and we can target higher bit-rates for playback. There is a noticeable improvement in video quality. This is just one example of how we deliver a higher-quality viewer experience.
We recommend HD capture.
We recommend that all our clients use high-definition (HD) camera’s for event capture. Even though you may not choose to broadcast to your audience in HD, capturing in HD will usually give you a higher-quality live stream and on-demand archive. The HD archive can be used to generate separate clips and out-takes and enables seamless edits with other HD video content. Plus, our video formats are portable and will not be obsoleted by browser updates (unlike custom video and slide broadcasts where slides are delivered in their own dedicated window). These are all important advantages.
However, HD broadcasting is not always possible. When the bandwidth behind your firewall is limited, we will encode at lower bit-rates and ingest standard-definition (SD) video. We can seamlessly integrate with solutions that deliver video with slides in a separate slide display window.
Use multiple cameras for engaging broadcasts.
When capturing a live event, having multiple cameras improves the production quality dramatically. It enables viewers to experience the event from multiple angles, and to have close-up views of your presenters or panelists. We can mimic the experience of broadcast TV, with pre-recorded video clips, lower-third speaker titles, split-screen and picture-in-picture views. This gives tremendous flexibility for the director and a more compelling broadcast for the viewer.
Your cameras or ours.
