Coreography LLC (COREOGRAPHY) helps companies create, deploy and promote webcasts and web seminars that improve marketing, training, and corporate communications. COREOGRAPHY offers registrants (the “Member”) free access to our website and its content.
COREOGRAPHY offers paying customers (the “Customer”) a combination of consulting, software and services.

PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE AND CONTENT OBTAINED THROUGH THIS WEBSITE MEANS THAT YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS HEREIN.
This website is owned and operated by COREOGRAPHY which owns, controls or has legal permission to license all the Content and material on this website. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions herein you should leave this website immediately, not use the files included, and/or not request a membership.
- Member may use the COREOGRAPHY Content based on maintaining accurate member registration information, including email address, with COREOGRAPHY. Member may duplicate the content for personal use, and can freely refer others to the website to download the same or similar content.
- Member agrees to replicate the copyright notice shown below on any content, or any copies of content. For the purposes of this Agreement, “Content” shall mean any material downloaded, including without limitation, any files, images, programs, tools, data, or any other items available on this website, to include, but not be limited to, trademarked and copyrighted materials.
- COREOGRAPHY may use registration information and any technical information about Customer’s use of this web site to tailor its presentations to Customer, facilitate Customer’s movement through this web site, or communicate separately with Customer. COREOGRAPHY will not provide information to companies Member has not authorized, and COREOGRAPHY will not permit the companies that get such information to sell and redistribute it without Member’s prior consent.
Restrictions
Member hereby acknowledges that the Content is and shall remain the property of COREOGRAPHY.
Copyright and Notice
THE CONTENT AND WEB SITE ARE COPYRIGHTED BY AND BELONG TO COREOGRAPHY, LLC (“COREOGRAPHY”) AND EXCEPT AS PERMITTED BY THIS AGREEMENT; MEMBER SHALL NOT ALTER OR REMOVE, OR PERMIT ANY PERSON TO ALTER OR REMOVE ANY OF THE COPYRIGHT OR OTHER NOTICES OF COREOGRAPHY ON, STATED IN OR AFFIXED TO THE CONTENT.
Term
This Agreement and the rights granted in this Agreement are effective until terminated. Member may terminate this Agreement voluntarily at any time by canceling the membership. To cancel membership, send an email to support@coreography.com with “Cancel Account” in the subject line and your username and password in the body. Member does hereby authorize COREOGRAPHY to deny Member access to the website in the event of Member’s unauthorized use or disclosure of any Content, and Member does hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless COREOGRAPHY from any and all costs, expenses, claims, losses, causes of action, judgments, and/or awards arising from and/or in connection with Member’s breach of this Agreement, including all reasonable attorney’s fees, interest, court costs and consequential and incidental damages. The revocation of this Agreement pursuant to these terms shall not result in the refund of any monies paid by Member.
Disclaimer of other Warranties
CUSTOMER USES THE SERVICES AT ITS OWN RISK. COREOGRAPHY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE; NOR DOES IT MAKE ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM USE OF THE SERVICES. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND COREOGRAPHY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL COREOGRAPHY,ITS OFFICERS, AFFILIATES, REPRESENTATIVES, CONTRACTORS, AND EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT OR IN TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE CONTENT, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITS, LOST PROFITS OR REVENUES, EVEN IF COREOGRAPHY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Complete Agreement
This Agreement supersedes all prior written or oral agreements between the parties hereto, if any, and is not assignable. It may be amended only in a written document that is signed by an authorized officer of COREOGRAPHY, or such as may be published on this website by COREOGRAPHY.
SERVICE FOR CUSTOMERS
Terms and Conditions
The following are the terms and conditions for use of our Services, along with any amendments thereto and any operating rules or policies that may be published from time to time by COREOGRAPHY.
Services and Support
- The Services are provided subject to the following terms and conditions and any operating policies that COREOGRAPHY may establish (the “Agreement”). COREOGRAPHY may make changes to this Agreement, and continued use of the Service constitutes Customer’s acceptance of any such changes. In addition, when using particular COREOGRAPHY services, Customer and COREOGRAPHY shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such Services that may be posted from time to time.
- The Services are available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Without limiting the foregoing, the Services are not available to individuals under the age of 18. If you do not qualify, please do not use the Services.
- The Services (the “Services” ) include software, web hosting, web streaming, consulting and training services, tools, resources and programs to create, host, manage, promote and track digital content.
- Customer must complete a registration form and/or provide a valid purchase order in order to use the Services. Customer will provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about Customer as requested, and will update the information to keep it current. As part of the registration process, COREOGRAPHY will provide a username and password for Customer’s account. Customer is responsible for maintaining the security of the Customer account, passwords, and files, and for all uses of Customer’s account and of the Services in Customer’s name. COREOGRAPHY reserves the right to refuse registration of, or cancel, accounts it deems inappropriate.
Restrictions and Responsibilities
- This is an Agreement for Services, and Customer is not granted a license to any software by this Agreement. Customer will not, directly or indirectly: reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code, object code, or underlying structure, ideas, or algorithms of the Services or any software, documentation, or data related to the Services (“Software”); modify, translate, or create derivative works based on the Services or any Software; or copy (except for archival purposes), distribute, pledge, assign, or otherwise transfer or encumber rights to the Services or any Software; use the Services or any Software for timesharing or service bureau purposes or otherwise for the benefit of a third party; or remove any proprietary notices or labels.
- Customer represents, covenants, and warrants that Customer will use the Services only in compliance with all applicable laws (including but not limited to policies and laws related to spamming, privacy, obscenity, or defamation). Customer hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless COREOGRAPHY against any damages, losses, liabilities, settlements, and expenses (including without limitation costs and reasonable attorneys fees) in connection with any claim or action that arises from an alleged violation of the foregoing. Although COREOGRAPHY has no obligation to monitor the content provided by Customer or Customer’s use of the Services, COREOGRAPHY may do so and may remove any such content or prohibit any use of the Services it believes may be (or alleged to be) in violation of the foregoing.
- For every webcast, web seminar, online presentation or registration conducted using the Services, Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Services shall automatically add an identifying footer stating “Powered by Coreography” or a similar message.
- Customer Reference. You agree that we can use your company name and logo in connection with marketing and promoting Coreography, its products and service.
- In using the varied features of the Services, Customer may provide information (such as name, contact information, or other registration information) to COREOGRAPHY. COREOGRAPHY may use this information and any technical information about Customer’s use of this web site to tailor its presentations to Customer, facilitate Customer’s movement through this web site, or communicate separately with Customer. COREOGRAPHY will not provide information to companies Customer has not authorized, and COREOGRAPHY will not permit the companies that get such information to sell and redistribute it without Customer’s prior consent.
Termination
- Customer may terminate this Agreement with 90 days written notice by sending an e-mail message to support@coreography.com or by sending written notice to, COREOGRAPHY at 101 Olive Street, Los Gatos, CA 95030 USA.
- COREOGRAPHY may terminate this Agreement or the Services at any time with or without cause, and with or without notice. Coreography shall have no liability to Customer or any third party because of such termination.
- Upon termination for any reason, Coreography may delete any Customer archived data within 30 days after the date of termination. All sections of this Agreement which by their nature should survive termination will survive termination, including, without limitation, warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.
- If Customer does not log into its account AND generate customer traffic for more than 90 days, the account may become inactive. When an account is classified (at Coreography’s sole discretion) as inactive, Coreography will notify Customer by e-mail. INACTIVE ACCOUNTS HAVE 30 DAYS TO BECOME ACTIVE OR THE ACCOUNT AND ITS DATA, INCLUDING REGISTRATION DATABASE RESULTS,MAY BE PERMANENTLY REMOVED FROM THE COREOGRAPHY DATABASE.
Warranty Disclaimer
CUSTOMER USES THE SERVICES AT ITS OWN RISK. COREOGRAPHY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE; NOR DOES IT MAKE ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM USE OF THE SERVICES. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND COREOGRAPHY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of Liability
NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY, EXCEPT FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR DAMAGE TO REAL OR TANGIBLE PERSONAL PROPERTY PROXIMATELY CAUSED BY COREOGRAPHY, COREOGRAPHY AND ITS SUPPLIERS (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ALL EQUIPMENT, NETWORK SERVICE AND PROPERTY SUPPLIERS), OFFICERS, AFFILIATES, REPRESENTATIVES, CONTRACTORS, AND EMPLOYEES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF COREOGRAPHY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Export of Services or Technical Data
Customer may not remove or export from the United States or allow the export or re-export of the Services, or any direct product thereof, including technical data, in violation of any restrictions, laws, or regulations of the United States or any other applicable country.
Miscellaneous
- If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this Agreement will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
- Both parties agree that this Agreement is the complete and exclusive statement of the mutual understanding of the parties and supersedes and cancels all previous written and oral agreements, communications, and other understandings relating to the subject matter of this Agreement, and that all waivers and modifications must be in a writing signed by both parties, except as otherwise provided herein.
- No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment is created as a result of this Agreement, and Customer does not have any authority of any kind to bind COREOGRAPHY in any respect whatsoever.
- In any action or proceeding to enforce rights under this Agreement, the prevailing party will be entitled to recover its costs and attorneys fees.
- This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
- We reserve the right to modify our pricing and we will notify you by email when this occurs.
